Position Overview

  • Manage all departments of the North American customer service organization
  • Develop plan for sales of spare parts, intervention, contracts and service offerings
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction, profitability and brand image of the department and team
  • Set goals, measure and analyze performance of customer service team
  • Communicate, train and effectively lead North American customer service team
  • Implement corrective actions as necessary to continually improve company's customer service standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in engineering or technical field preferred
  • Three (3) or more years management experience in construction, agricultural or capital equipment service
  • Knowledge and ability to lead continuous improvement activities 
  • Proven ability to lead a call center, field service, parts and training  
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
