Position Overview

  • Lead daily activities of growing sales force
  • Develop and manage a strategic sales plan aligned with company's sales goals
  • Develop sales metrics and present sales forecasts to senior leadership team
  • Lead component sourcing and vendor management activities
  • Coordinate communications with engineering and operations to ensure successful projects


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or technical discipline
  • Seven (7) or more years sales experience in industrial products
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering or mechanical drawings
  • Innovative leader in sales prospecting and lead generation
  • Proven record of sales results by structuring an effective sales team
  • Ability to utilize relevant sales metrics to successfully guide sales processes
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
