Position Overview

  • Prepare and design drawings of dies, fixtures, gauges and machine attachments
  • Calculate machine capabilities and formulate and visualize original design concepts
  • Detail complex tool and die drawings
  • Program Numerical Control Machines
  • Prepare material lists for tooling construction

Candidate Requirements

  • Three (3) or more years experience in manufacturing and die design
  • Associates in Mechanical Engineering related field
  • Stamping and forming experience
  • Proficient in SolidEdge
  • Ability to work as part of a productive team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer

 

Process Engineer - Fabrication

Location: Madison, Wisconsin Area

  • Lead continuous improvement projects related to paint and coating processes
  • Work closely with design engineering new product teams to mitigate quality issues
  • Participate in quality audits and serve as technical expert
  • Proven ability to work "hands on" with all levels to solve complex problems
  • Research and recommend new process development as needed

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Expertise in process engineering
  • Experience with sheet metal fabrication and processes
  • Knowledge and application of engineering techniques
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
