Position Overview

  • Controls engineer will design and test electrical and hydraulic components as well as complex automated processing systems and equipment
  • Plan electrical, hydaulic and pneumatic conrols and drive systems
  • Develop applications of controls, instruments, and systems used in industrial process machinery
  • Program PLC's and HMI's and drive systems with PC based software
  • Direct and coordinate operation, maintenance, repair of equipment and field installations 

Candidate Requirements

  • Three (3) or more years’ experience working with PLCs, drives and operator interfaces on custom machinery
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and knowledge of Rockwell and/or Siemens drives systems and PLC's
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10%-25% of time  
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
