Position Overview

  • Manage controls engineering team who will design and test electrical and hydraulic components as well as complex automated processing systems and equipment
  • Plan and organize human resources to meet project goals and deadlines within controls engineering department
  • Conduct employee performance reviews within controls engineering department
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and interdepartmental personnel
  • Support continuous improvement within department and with the team

Candidate Requirements

  • Eight (8) or more years experience developing design, implementation and testing control systems
  • Five (5) or more years experience in a controls engineering management role
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong proven interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience and knowledge of Rockwell and/or Siemens drives systems and PLC's
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10%-25% of time  
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
