Position: Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: South Suburban Chicago Area
Client Overview

- Safely and responsibly meets high demands of industrial manufacturers set by industry and clients
Position Overview
- Develop and maintain the company's quality system and processes
- Identify and support continuous improvement processes
- Prepare APQP and PPAP activities in manufacturing area
- Monitor and train personnel on statistical process control processes
- Assist Quality Assurance Manager in writing and maintaining quality system processes
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering program
- Five (5) or more years experience in a Quality Engineering role
- Certification as an ASQ Quality Technician
- Able to apply quality metrics and processes such as APQP, PPAP, 8D, preventative action and corrective action
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
